I'm now about 8hrs in and it's grown on me.

The bloody fire bloaters are a PITA.

Not up to that point yet but looking forward to it. Does the Carja sharpshooter bow with tearblast arrow help?

Critics destroy games that ship with DLC plans, now that they finally receive a "complete" game from Guerrilla, all the articles are coming out saying how Horizon should have DLC.

On another note, really enjoying this game. Just after the Metal Ring mission. Battles with the robots can get intense sometimes.

Thanks StoneColdHomer.

Btw does anyone ever wonder why, for the life of me , does a machine like a strider eat grass?

Sitting at 71% so pretty far along . Really enjoying it . Not as many missions as i thought there would be considering the size of the game world .

Freeking rockbreakers are the hardest enemy for me .

I haven't been touching the main storyline lately, just been completing the side quests I've accrued along the way. Bloody great game.

Thanks. Nice to know there's a overarching story line.  I am really intrigued with the story and torn between zipping thru story missions or doing side missions/farming for better gear

I wasnt going to fly through the story but then something is revealed and i just wanted to know what would happen .

Still a ton of side stuff for me to do and its fun as hell to just play

I agree it is an excellent game, but one aspect stood out as a large negative - you can whistle an attract only 1 enemy......over and over again.

Certainly has an interesting overall story....which can overlap with theories about human history.

My only real gripe was the constant need to press L3. Really started hurting my thumb after a while.

So much else was brilliantly done though.

I was going to go for Platinum but as always, I get distracted and can't be bothered going back to it. Wouldn't mind the theme and avatar you get when you platinum but oh well.

You should get an email soon that says "congratulations on achieving Platinum trophy for Horizon Zero Dawn"

Along with details on how to claim.

Oh nice, I've been slowly working my way through the game, it'll take me a while as I can only play a couple hours a week at the moment. Wasn't going to bother to try to platinum, but getting a reward is pretty sweet.

I have three main missions to go... just been sucked into Elite Dangerous, but I do really love this game.  Good story telling that makes sense later in the game.
