are clans only for the same platform or can we PC players be in the same clan too so we can leech help with achievements etc.
I think they care platform specific.

@AkyraStrike The guys helped me do that View Museum (2nd mission) when I was lvl 3 and I got the clan unlock. Group scaling seems to work quite well. Normalised us all to lvl 10 since cnstr was 11. Then just did free roaming, conflict stuff and ended at lvl 6 for the evening. Going to chip away bit by bit at the main mission but enjoying the feel of the game and being introduced to all the aspects and tasks that can be done.
I was doing the meat bag mission and died. It was gone from the map but I spawned, opened map and tab right to Target tab, where I could activate it and then showed up on the map.

Should be right, just havent had time to play, Tobor and I were doing well in a duo (other than me going down 1 as I though I was rambo once I got a decent M249 haha).. we killed meatwagon bounty easily enough with the 2 of us, so I'd say the scaling is getting it right.

What skills is everyone liking so far? I went with the seeker mine (air burst) and the chem launcher (Oxidizer), strip their armour and set em on fire haha.. Tobor went with turret and drone so I feel we've got good coverage of skills when duo'ing

MarcoStyle said he did a stronghold, then unlocked t1, went to vendor bought gear which took his gear score up to next stronghold lvl, did that and repeated up to tier 4

The questions for me is more why TF do people want to rush to that so quickly? I get streamers/content creators are on a different level as it's more or less their job, but for the average gamer why do people have the mentality that you just gotta rush the game and get to the grind loop asap... this is why people complaint within 2 weeks that there's nothing to do. This is why we cant have nice things people! :troll:

Got up to level 7 with Tobor last night. Just did a couple more story missions and the mission to unlock the clan woman. Really enjoying this more than the first, I can see this being my main game for quite a while.

Really enjoying this more than the first, I can see this being my main game for quite a while.
It's balanced enough to play solo, duo or group. The group scaling seems to be implemented well so you can team up with being unbalanced for all.
There is enough to do without being forced down a repetitive copy and paste fetch / secure mission. Even replaying the same main mission activates dynamic features such as shuffled enemies and varied spawns (after the initial completion of a mission).
Without considering end game, I'm taking my time (rather than power leveling) I'll likely be playing this nightly for a while.

Playing solo the Drone (fixer) should be unlocked first & turret or shield works.
Haven't unlocked more yet other than give.

Which ports?
We had a group of 4 and had maybe 4 CE-34878-0 errors were 3/4 would get the error (not the party leader) and D.C. at a certain point in a mission.

You shouldn't need to forward ports if you are running upnp (which is pretty standard as the default) on router. Odd.

I'm keeping an eye on this thread. I really wanna like this game so I'll see how general feedback goes

I was one of those players who liked the first one, but got bored of it pretty quickly and stopped playing so I never saw any of the changes they made.

So far what I've seen is a huge improvement to what I thought. Reviews I read was it expect more of the same but to someone like me who gave up on the first one, this it turning out to one of the better games I've played in a long while.

I'm similar to akandako, I liked the mechanics and gameplay of the first hut got bored pretty quick.

So far this one (only currently level 14) has been a complete surprise as to just how much there is to do. One of my biggest gripes with the first was the PvE world was dead after you'd done the story missions, that's definitely corrected that (so far). Will see how end game goes but for now it's a 200% improvement on the first.

I've seen lots of people on wp, Reddit and the official Ubisoft forums all saying that the open world gets More populated and changes Massively  when you hit world tier 1.

Pretty impressive given I can't go 2 blocks without finding something to do already.

Went into the DZ with Tobor (reluctantly on his part haha), we got to dz level 14 and extracted some high end gear, all randoms we ran into were friendly enough for now. Tobor did send us rogue for 90sec after lock picking a DZ Stash, so that was a tense moment.
