These start off fun and then become incredibly repetitive... I have never had the tolerance to complete one.

I recently completed JC3 and then realised I had already completed it, that's how memorable they are. I play them more for the fun sandbox activities to do, unfortunately JC3 wasn't very fun due to the extremely poor optimisation.

Haha I loved jc3. It was awesome fun on the first island. Then by the time I moved on to the mainland type area my interest also disappeared quite quickly.

Ill get jc4 on a deep sale one day for the sandbox shenanigans

Same for me, really enjoyed JC3 but got to a point where I just realised I was bored haha... great fun games to tune out and blow sh*t up, but dont really offer much past that.

I'm reading reports of bad fps performance but not as bad as JC3. We're 5 years into this generation, surely developers have nailed the optimisation methods for these consoles?

I'll probably pick this up soon, performance is rock solid on PS4 Pro but with the downfall of a slightly blurrier resolution compared to the Xbox One X.

Bargain bin / sale buy for me, loved JC2 & 3, but got a bit bored with 3. Fantastic action games to just switch off and blow shit up though.

A bit of a warning: the motion blur effect is making some people sick

Just Cause is to Far Cry what Saints Row is to GTA.
Sandbox fun times doing stupid things. Why won't the devs listen to the community and add multiplayer?

Wouldn't MP make JC the same as GTA then and it may struggle to compete?

JC 2 had a MP Mod on PC that was OK.

Ouch haha

Yeah I think that will be one of the reasons the mods arent going that route, just not worth it when GTA Online is dominating that genre of online mayhem. The JC2 MP Mod was pretty cool though, but I couldn't see it being too successful long term as a full online mode.
