At a State or federal level?  I thought each state had to implement it.

This is good news, finally adults can make their own decisions. I think QLD does not have the R18+ rating implemented yet though..

They should have it by February.

Seriously why is it banned? I've got it and let me tell you cutting throats on BF3 or KZ3 are a lot worse than the cartoon effects on MK!

It was the fatality moves that got it banned, which i have never been able to achieve (not quick enough with the necessary combo's)

My point exactly. I've seen the ' bad stuff ' and it's soft cartoon crap compared to other games.

I agree Spaz, I played the demo and thought it was quite tame.

I wonder how long we will be interested in what titles are released!  Great publicity for the early R18 games.

is there any difference with l4d2 uncut and the censored version other than just more gore? has there been other important things taken out?

I have the chatty version but found a mod that let the gore flow freely. Biggest difference was the bodies of the Zombie's started to vanish as soon as they died. Lots less limbs ( none ) and blood and just general zombie goodness  :)
