I might consider a Steam Controller. I now have my gaming pc setup in my home theatre room, but am comfortable using a lapdesk with a keyboard and mouse on it. I havent bothered trying to use the ps4 control with ds4windows software since I originally had hicupps (only been playing subnautica).
But the steam controller is meant to be very good to use after the initial adjusting to its unique design.

Steam Control arrived today. The HTPC is looking good.
Next upgrade will be a backlit bluetooth keyboard and gaming mouse, but not anytime soon

Looks good Rossi. Do you get a lot of heat in the cupboard?

cheers
nah it doesnt heat up much. has a vent at the top, and has rear doors (with a breathable mesh) into a store room, which i just leave the doors open mostly, and just incase i recently placed a stand fan in that store room facing the back of all the equipment for when it starts getting hot in summer.

the back of the cupboard, (now that i know it works i may remove the backup monitor)

I played subnautica with the steam controller and it is very wierd using the touch pad instead of the right analog stick! i will try it with rome total war 2, but from what i can see there is heaps of customisation and a bit of a learning curve.

Have you been completing the daily quests for the cards?  You don't have to buy games to get them.

A majority of games are no longer purchasable by Aussies as developers fail to add Aussie pricing in time for Steam deadline.

Buy your Steam Links while you still can, Valve discontinues production.

Might be worth getting a Steam Link in the bargain bin if you can find it.

And in doing so a number of games are unavailable to buy as prices didn't get set:
