I normally play Elf or Half Elf Rangers but might try out the mage, tanks don't excite me at all. Just over 6 hours until release so should be able to play tonight after the Raid.

I'm assuming you went digital, are you having any issues with the preload? Mine keeps spitting up errors and refuses to start.

Yes and yes, it should be fine at 9/12.

I'm liking what I see so far, not as graphically impressive as I'd hoped but the sound is excellent. I've gone with a human rogue archer and it's got a good feel to it, the cut scenes really are a bit jarring with the frame rate drops though.

I played the Prologue with my Elf Rogue Dual Wielder and I like it, it has been a while since a game has kept me up waiting for the download so I'm glad it hasn't disappointed me.

I probably should buy this while that 20% voucher still works. But 3 games in 1 week, all of which will get ignored coz of @#&%ing Destiny, might be a bit much

Got mine also, but as I have never played a DA game, I'll give it  run tonight to see what it's like

I've played a fair bit so far and have surprised myself by enjoying it, even if the bears seem to hate me.

Have absolutely flogged it today and I'm enjoying it, as with the other DA games you get nowhere fast but have fun while you are on the journey, I haven't even seen a bear yet but did have one major issue, the game decided that the latest save was corrupt after a crash and that my other four saves didn't exist, my restart seems stable.

I'm not sure if I'd classify it as an issue but the frame rate definitely drops from the smooth in-game levels during cut scenes. It's not stuttery for me but it is a bit jarring at first.

The cut scenes frame rate are definitely slowing a bit, noticed it even in the opening scene of the game. No issues elsewhere, though I've only just played through the prologue section and a brief run around the Skyhold.

Also managed to make it through the prologue last night, then spent way to long in conversations Haven.  Noticed a few f/r issues but got sidetracked trying to get a photo on the right angle of my character during cut scenes.  We'll need to create a post ya character pic thread :)

My download has finished Callfire so I will be hitting up the multiplayer this eve sometime.  A few of my ME3 co-op friends gave it a go last night and recon is pretty good and intense, unlike some recent disappointments in the co-op space like FUSE.

I'll be able to have a run this morning, not sure how we would go with two players though.

A handy spoiler free history lesson for those who didnt play the 1st two or need a refresher.  The game assumes a good degree of existing knowledge :)
