I agree.
I like the play style. Even with out my beloved melee weapons.
I could be wrong but I find more PC gamers tend to play this sort of game than console.
I'll see if others are getting it and on what system.
But I have added it to my list of games I want.

Glad to see the kids on consoles are all about team killing in this game. Just had some guy unload a full mag into me for absolutely no reason. I was waiting for the breach like any other guy standing there.

They just lost a sale. This is what I mainly loved about R6: Vegas 1 & 2, there was a great campaign.

I was talking to Daniel and said pretty much the same thing, around $40-50 on PC and I would be tempted.  Only fun with a team all mic'd up and working the objectives though.

So who got this and what are your thoughts?  The multiplayer only thing is a bit - dunno.
I'm finding the realistic setting for scenarios about the only thing i'm liking as i'm getting my butt kicked.
Semper I saw you on last night - thoughts?

Lonewolf was easier in the beta now it really pushes you to have at least one partner. I need to say that I really like playing this game. It is not as estrategic as it was pictured in the very first trailer but it has this slow pace and tension that makes each round really enjoyable. I was very impressed how an enemy team planned their defence by making holes in some walls to cover the few entrances (our team got massacred) I guess at some stage the maps become boring as you learn the layout but at the moment I am really having fun playing with Lyn.  Best map so far the one with this yellow chem forcing you to play with gas masks

Contradicting earlier statements, I decided to pick this up. One thing that bugs me; The game runs at 60fps when playing Multiplayer but 30fps when playing Terrorist Hunt. Why???

Lone Wolf is basically suicide if you're defending. There's no way one player can defend against the onslaught the AI provide. Attacking is much easier.

I love the MP when it works, I feel I spend more time in the menus then I do actually playing but it's fun.

Did you get it on pc? Ps4 has the same problem, the multiplayer matchmaking has been broken since the beta so it is a matter of trying a couple of times before joining a match and even then if someone leaves the game sometimes crashes or the session just stays in limbo.

Still loving it when it works

Bought R6 siege this week. Only played a handful of games late last night, had no issues with matchmaking. Was actually quick, so it seems plenty of people are still playing.

Yeah, it's a great game, been playing it almost every night.

A few bugs were introduced with update 2.0 like invisible Kapkan tripwires, floating black figures etc. Will all be fixed in update 2.1 mid-feb.

The new operator, Frost is a great class. The bear traps are great for placing under windows so they trap any enemy that decides to breach and enter that window.

The defending team should not be allowed outside. Just had 2 guys waiting outside for us to spawn in only to kill us all within the first minute of the round starting.
