It's disappointing that PSN is stuffed again.

Well I will have to do the nightfall and weekly tomorrow night then :(

The Weekly was a bit of a pain in the arse this week. That arsehole boss has a wallhack aimbot and does massive splash damage. We barely cleared it on the lowest level ( Raz, Homer and I)

What strike is it this week?

The Vex Nexus mission with the bi@tch hydra thing at the end.

I had 2 attempts at nightfall before I got a team of 3, then we nailed it and the weekly heroic.
We took the cheap option at the end and stayed up top, just have 1 person sit further back to cover minotaur from behind and not get hit by splash damage.

Managed to whip through the Nexus with Pat n Lara, once the PSN issues settled down.

Both the Heroic and Nightfall have void burn on, so void walker and a void fusion, add some truth :) and its not too hard.

We didn't stay up top, we hid behind the stone wall at the bottom under 'top' ledge.  2 shooting & 1 reviver.  Lara's  weapons of light bubble combined with a few Praedyths Revenges makes pretty short work of the nasty Nexus Hydra :)  The bloody splash damage from the boss, with void burn on, is bloody ridiculous (on both modes).

More than happy to help others get through em tonight, just send me an invite if you see me on.    Or if I am in a Nightfall by myself (doing Pocket Infinity bounty) just join in :)

lol yeh that was a mission.
Althought it was good to do it first, because everything else for the rest of the night was a piece of cake haha

Got the Nightfall done Last Night with M-Rossi and Warlord without too many issues. (always handy to have a Sunbro or two in your party)

That damn Nexus and it's splash nova damage was a bit of a bitch though.

and they kept the void burn on the heroic as well, makes it a bit tougher as well

Last week i got the Ice Breaker (exotic solar sniper rifle) from the nightfall, which i already had, this week i got a legendary solar sniper rifle. Worst rewards. I would have prefered strange coins or more energy.

Lol we all want Shards!! I need about 30-40 to fully upgrade my gear! I wish they will allow us to use coins and mote of lights to buy materials.  At the moment the mote of lights are pretty useless.

Motes of light buy engrams of Xur which gives 600 xp to Mr Rahool and 3 shards.

Ya but it doesn't feel right to me to dismantle an exotic, it's an EXOTIC it's meant to be treasured and loved :p
