Nice work Raz!

I need to get back to finishing the game. :troll:
Other things pulled me away and then Spider-Man came along.

Not bagging this (Spaz hasn't played) but Spaz loves how some games get GOTY even before release.

Well played Homer!

Totally agree.

This was just a beautiful game - much like Horizon Zero Dawn. The atmosphere, the scenery, and the Easter Eggs  ;D. Avengers Tower was a nice inclusion (don't forget to go and sit on top of it   ;)  )

The gameplay, while similar to Infamous Second Son (to be expected as form the same studio), was excellent.

For me it's up there with God of War.

The only down side after playing God of War with Spiderman was the loading between scenes. It was flawless with G of W

I have about 4 trophies to go get get Platinum so see how I go.

Nah GoW and Spider-man cant be games of the year, they are single player games and no one wants them anymore. :troll:

Was not interested in playing Spiderman before. Now I am intrigued with you comparing it to those games

Nice work Homer.
I'll agree with you. I'm close to finishing it also - if only I can stop wasting time swing around trying to do sweet tricks through fire escape stairwells and water towers and zipping between buildings.

There's a story? It is so much fun just zipping around picking up random stuff. Refusing to play it on the non-pro PS4 and 1080p TV. It looks so purty.

Same, I have zero interest in anything superhero but will pick it up on sale due to the quality of the game.

Been working on my wall of shame.

Recently finished Uncharted Lost Legacy. I like uncharted so it was good. Characters and the open world bit worked well but nothing ground breaking.

Also started Resident Evil 7 in VR. A minor stroke and several heart attacks later, finished it.
VR is amazing and I wish every fps first person type game had a VR mode. What an experience this was .

Prey

Very good if you like Bioshock  / System Shock type games. Definitely worth picking up on sale, and there is also a demo that gives a few hours of gameplay (or at least 1 hr) and the save carries over if you buy it.

Got about 30 hours out of it but I felt it was dragging towards the end so i started rushing a bit. Although that's probably my fault more then the games since I bought other games that I wanted to play but I set myself a rule to finish Prey first lol.

I'll shelf it for now and do the DLC in the future. DLC has received high praise

Platinum trophy for Subnautica. I don't chase trophies so it is only my second ever platinum - proof its easy enough to get by just playing through the game.

I have to get back to this game. I got to a point of no return in the story and silly me didn't go scavenging beforehand so I have no ammo, low on health and kept dying in the one room so I ended up just starting again but never actually continued with it.
